Who we are

VaultoSMS (vaultosms.com) is operated by Ultra Cloud Services Ltd, a company registered in Nigeria. By creating an account or making a purchase you agree to these terms.

What we sell

We resell temporary phone numbers and email inboxes for receiving verification codes, and related digital services. Numbers are supplied by third-party providers and are for receiving codes only.

Availability, prices and delivery times vary by country, service and provider and can change without notice.

Acceptable use

You must not use VaultoSMS for fraud, impersonation, harassment, spam, or anything illegal in Nigeria or in the country of the service you are verifying. We may suspend accounts used this way and cooperate with lawful requests.

Automatic retries

If no code arrives on a number, we may automatically switch you to a new number on another server for the same app and country. You never pay more than the price you agreed when you bought; if we cannot find one at that price or less, your money goes back to your wallet.

Vaulto VPN

Vaulto VPN is for privacy and for using services from another country. Before first use you must accept the Vaulto VPN policy. You may not use it for fraud, hacking, harassment, spam, accessing illegal content, or anything that breaks the law in Nigeria or in the exit country. We keep security logs as described in our Privacy policy and will close accounts and cooperate with lawful requests where the VPN is misused. Data bought does not expire and is not refundable once used.

Wallet

Money added to your wallet is a prepaid balance for purchases on VaultoSMS. It is not a bank deposit, does not earn interest and is not withdrawable as cash, except referral earnings paid out under the referral rules.

Liability

If a purchase is not delivered, our liability is limited to returning the amount paid for that purchase to your wallet. We are not responsible for decisions third-party platforms make about accounts you create or verify.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use VaultoSMS after a change means you accept the updated terms.
