Automatic refunds

When you buy a number, the price is locked in the vault, not paid out. If no code arrives before the number expires, the full amount returns to your wallet automatically.

This applies on every route, including retries.

Social Boost

If a boost order stops early or cannot start, the undelivered part is returned to your wallet.

Asking for a refund

For anything not covered above, open a support ticket within 7 days of the purchase.

Wallet balance

Refunds go to your VaultoSMS wallet. Wallet balance is not withdrawable cash.
